Coach Training
At the Academy of Coaching Psychology, our advanced training programs combine science, strategy, and reflection to help professionals deepen their practice, strengthen their credentials, and elevate their impact.
The Accelerated Certification in Positive Psychology Coaching is designed for experienced coaches and development-focused professionals - including those in leadership, OD, HR, psychology, or therapy - who want to expand and deepen their work through an evidence-informed coaching approach.
Approved for 40 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units with the ICF (International Coach Federation), this program provides a structured pathway to becoming a Certified Positive Psychology Coach upon successful completion. It offers a self-paced, practical learning experience built around:

Coach Accreditation
The Accreditation in Positive Psychology Coaching is an EMCC-accredited (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) program, awarded the EQA (EMCC Global Quality Award) for meeting international standards of excellence in coach training.
It incorporates the 40-hour Accelerated Certification in Positive Psychology Coaching as Stage 1 of the pathway, ensuring a strong foundation in evidence-based positive psychology coaching principles and practice.
Stage 2 then extends this learning through advanced supervision, reflective practice, and professional portfolio development. This provides personalized and supported route to integrate your skills at a higher level and achieve recognition as an Accredited Positive Psychology Coach through AoCP, as well as a streamlined process for applying directly for the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Practitioner level.
Coaching Supervision Training
We’ve developed a 60-hour Coaching Supervision training pathway, comprising a 30-hour Professional-level program and a 30-hour Advanced-level program, designed for experienced coaches and supervisors who want to deepen their supervision capability, ethical awareness, and psychological insight.
Both programs are ICF-approved for Continuing Coach Education (CCE) and validated by the Association for Coaching for CPD hours, ensuring alignment with internationally recognized professional standards. The pathway supports supervisors working across a range of contexts, including executive, organizational, and developmental coaching, and provides a structured yet reflective space to integrate theory with practice.
