A two-stage, ICF CCE-approved supervision training pathway that combines psychological science, reflective practice, and applied supervision to help you supervise coaches with greater confidence, clarity, and professional depth.

The pathway is delivered across two progressive certifications - the Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision and the Advanced Certification in Coaching Supervision -supporting you to develop the presence, and ethical awareness required to work effectively with complexity in supervision.

The Coaching Supervision Certification Pathway is designed as a progressive, two-stage learning journey, combining structured study, applied supervision practice, and reflective integration.

Stage 1 — Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision (30 Hours)

Designed to build confidence and readiness for supervision practice:

  • Self-paced, on-demand online learning released in structured modules
  • Integrated reflection activities and short knowledge checks
  • Five structured supervision practice sessions completed alongside the learning
  • Reflective accounts to support integration and professional development
Stage 2 — Advanced Certification in Coaching Supervision (30 Hours)

Designed to support professional maturity and long-term supervision practice:

  •  Advanced self-paced learning focused on deepening supervision capability
  • Applied learning through reflective integration and practice-based inquiry
  • Five further supervision practice sessions to extend and consolidate learning

DR. KATIE CRABTREE


Katie is a Master Practitioner Coach, Coaching Supervisor,and Educator with over 20 years’ experience guiding coaches, leaders, and professionals toward meaningful change and sustainable results. 

Katie was among the first to become Chartered as a Coaching Psychologist, and holds a PhD in Population Health Sciences and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Katie developed this course from both rigorous research and extensive hands-on coaching experience, along with a strong desire to equip fellow coaches to translate psychological theory into real-world impact.
