Meet Dr. Katie Crabtree
Chartered Coaching Psychologist | Master Practitioner Coach | Accredited Supervisor | Lifelong Educator
Hi, I’m Katie!
Founder of The Academy of Coaching Psychology, helping coaches achieve greater impact and recognition through psychology-based training and supervision.
For around 20 years, I’ve been supporting coaches, leaders, and organizations to create meaningful, sustainable change. My work blends the rigor of academic research with the practical realities of coaching conversations, because I believe evidence-based practice should be accessible, actionable, and deeply human.
I launched The Academy of Coaching Psychology to work alongside leading experts in coaching psychology to provide coaches with a reflective, supportive space where they can grow with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re working toward accreditation or deepening your existing practice, we’re here to help you navigate your development with professionalism and partnership.

Why I Do This Work:
My strength is helping people see their potential more clearly and find the inner resources to move forward with confidence. Through supervision, coaching, and professional training, I empower coaches to deepen their skills, strengthen their practice, and lead their clients to meaningful change.
I take real pride in being part of that growth process. There’s something especially rewarding about witnessing people step into their strengths and embrace their authentic selves. And the learning is never one-way; supporting others to grow continues to be one of the most powerful ways I grow too.
